HUMAN RIGHTS CAMPAIGN (EU/EIDHR/CA: 2007–09):
VICALP carried out an Adivasi–Dalit atrocity monitoring initiative in the Odishan districts of Kandhamal, Gajapati, Rayagada, Ganjam, and Puri with funding from the EU/EIDHR/CA. With cooperation from HRLN and NCDHR, VICALP established and promoted training sessions for tribal-Dalit advocates, which included 15 young lawyers who had taken up the cause of human rights litigation and provided aid to victims, especially those from marginalised groups.
